At Stillpoint Inner Alchemy, Reflective & Inner Work offers a grounded, supportive space for insight, meaning-making, and listening inward.


Whether you are navigating transition, seeking clarity, questioning long-held beliefs, or wanting to reconnect with your inner compass, these sessions support thoughtful awareness and gentle self-understanding.

This work is non-clinical, non-diagnostic, and client-led, honoring your pace, comfort, and autonomy.

All Reflective & Inner Work sessions are currently offered at a distance (remote).

Session Length: 60 minutes
Format: Distance (remote) only
Approach: Gentle. Consent-based. Grounded. Supportive.

Your comfort, clarity, and inner pace guide the work.

 

Reflective & Inner Work sessions are conversational and integrative in nature.If you’re seeking a quieter, receptive experience, Energy Work may be a better fit.

What Your Session May Include

Depending on the offering you choose, your session may include:

  • reflective conversation

  • guided inquiry and questioning

  • inner listening and awareness

  • gentle guided imagery or visualization

  • symbolic exploration

  • meaning-making and integration

  • quiet pauses for insight to emerge

  • supportive facilitation without interpretation or advice

 

Each session is responsive to you.

You do not need to prepare anything in advance.

What A Session Is Like

During a Reflective & Inner Work session, you’ll be invited into a calm, focused space - either through conversation, guided inner exploration, or a blend of both.

 

You may:

  • speak openly and reflect out loud

  • close your eyes or soften your gaze

  • notice sensations, imagery, or emotions

  • experience moments of clarity or calm

  • feel insight arise gradually rather than suddenly

 

Some sessions feel conversational and clarifying.
Others feel quiet and experiential.

​

There is no right way to experience this work.
You remain fully present, aware, and in control throughout.

How To Choose Between Sessions

Both offerings support insight, clarity, and inner alignment - but they do so in different ways.

 

Choose Spiritual Reflection if you:

  • want a reflective, conversational space

  • are exploring meaning, values, or direction

  • want a coaching-style session grounded in dialogue

 

Choose Inner Wisdom Journeys if you:

  • want insight through guided inner experience

  • want an experiential rather than conversational approach

A 60-minute distance session designed to support clarity, insight, and inner awareness.

​You can select your preferred pathway during booking or discuss it at the start of your session.



In-person sessions will become available once a dedicated healing space is established in Richmond.
